The chief Sommelier from a top London restaurant takes guests on an amazing journey through the top wine-producing countries of Europe. Guests enjoy snippets of music originating from these wine-producing regions as many of the vineyards originated in baroque times.
6.45pm: Guests arrive for a champagne reception
7.15pm: Guests are seated in the banqueting room where the Sommelier introduces the first course. As guests taste the wine, a short snippet of music from that country is performed.
This is repeated for four courses...
8.30pm: Guests, Sommelier and musicians mingle and can wander through the stunning rooms of this historic palace as after dinner surprises are served.
